1. What you're buying
agentreachy sells a digital product: a custom SKILL.md file and a step-by-step setup guide, generated from the information you provide at checkout. The product is delivered instantly, both on the result page and (when configured) by email.
2. Refunds
Because the product is a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your files failed to generate or you never received them, email hello@agentreachy.com within 7 days and we'll either regenerate them or issue a full refund.
3. Use of the product
You may use the generated files for your own business. You may not resell or redistribute the generated files as a standalone product. You are responsible for how you operate any outreach agent built from the guide, including complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g. LinkedIn) and with applicable anti-spam laws.
4. No warranty
The product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee any specific outreach results, replies, or revenue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated version.
