What we collect
When you buy the guide, we collect: your email address, your brand/name, your website (optional), and the short descriptions of your product, audience, and tone that you type into the intake form. We use those inputs to generate your custom SKILL.md and setup guide.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment portion of the transaction.
How we use it
We use your inputs to generate your files, to send you those files, and to email you if there's a problem with your order. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers required to run the site (hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and the AI model that generates your SKILL.md).
Retention
We keep your order record and generated files so you can re-download them from your result page. Email hello@agentreachy.com if you'd like your data deleted.
Cookies
We use only the strictly-necessary cookies needed to run checkout. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
